Here are answers to questions we routinely are asked.
Do you charge to view homes?
No! Be careful of any ads that charge you to view a home. We don't charge at our showings. There is a fee for submitting an application however.
Do you accept section 8?
At this time we are not accepting new section 8 voucher applicants.
Can I pay my rent electronically?
Of course! Our standard procedure is to send invoices via email where you can pay with just your bank account info. It's easy, free, and secure. We do include a surcharge for any paper check payments.
